App wont download or play songs for me at all , apps pretty useless until you guys update it

its a good app to use for music, but i cant get some of the music i want to listen too. also theres ads now please remove the ads and allow all music to be downloaded.

I love this app been using it for 3 yrs but I had to get a new phone so I had to download the app again and all my music was gone I feel like that should be changed. We have an account with the app and we have to download the music to put it in the library on the app so I feel like the music should be saved on the account whatever music you download on the app because I had a lot of good music download but it is all gone now

Ive had this app since 2013. I remember when you could download mixtapes anytime you wanted and all of the songs were available. Now mixtapes have songs that are unavailable I have no clue why. This is very disheartening because I cant re-download some of my old favorite mixtapes and have all of the songs. Please tell me why this is happening. Thank you

I dont like how most of the songs are "unavailable" or gone because my app got uninstalled and then i couldnt find most of my favorite songs to get back once i downloaded it back

It would help ALL of us if our past downloads could be redownloaded every time we get a new device. Like Apple with Backup and Keychain.
